Our Organic Ceremonial Grade Matcha is produced from young tea leaves grown under 20+ days of 90% shade cover in the hills of China's organic tea regions. The shaded leaves are hand-picked, steamed, dried, de-veined/de-stemmed (tencha), and then slowly stone-ground into a silky, ultra-fine powder.

The result is a stunningly bright green matcha with a rich umami flavor, natural sweetness, and a beautiful stable crema. Perfect for traditional whisked matcha (1–2g per 60ml water at 75–80°C), high-end matcha lattes, and culinary-grade baking.

We supply Ceremonial Grade A (premium), Ceremonial Grade B (everyday), and Culinary Grade. Packed in 500g foil tins with nitrogen flush to protect color and freshness. Shelf life of 18 months when unopened.
